Breakfast Muffins - Sausage, Egg & Cheese
So today we're doing a freezer cooking of sausage, egg & cheese muffins for the freezer. I didn't have any bulk breakfast defrosted, so I used some link sausage which I chopped up. Never think you can't make a recipe because you don't have the exact ingredients. Only think -- what could I use here that would be equally awesome. So, anyway, first mix up the dry ingredients, along with the eggs and milk (since we have no children here, we always use fat free dry milk)
Mix, then fold in your chopped or crumbled sage sausage.
And when they're done...you've got this!!!
