I'm usually not taken in by urban legends, but this one got me because my mom told me over the phone. Apparently, the troll in the closet story is nothing more than an urban legend!!!
So the laugh is on me, and that's ok. I'm just relieved it wasn't true!!!
My dearest cousin Kathy, whom I absolutely adore, had this to say. "I can't understand why either you or your mother were taken in. After all, EVERYONE KNOWS THAT TROLLS ONLY EAT GOATS!!!"

I'm glad it wasnt true, too. That would have been a bizarre situation, legally!
